The Trijicon night sight is a three-dot iron sight. It claims to improve shot accuracy at night by five times compared to conventional sights. 

This sight is shock-resistant and doesn’t require batteries because of lamps made from Tritium phosphor-filled glass. Each lamp has a white-painted ring to increase daylight dot visibility. 

These lamps are housed in metal and silicone rubber to help protect them. They also have a sapphire jewel at the end for added protection and evenly distributed light. The green lamps have 12-year warranties.
