Unlike other folding bolt carrier extensions, this one is hollow, which allows the buffer of choice to work with a folding stock adapter. It also comes with three O rings, allowing it to fit securely into a variety of bolt carriers. To top it off, the Black Nitrite finish on this product improves fatigue strength, lubrication, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Excellent Product
Bolt extension came as advertised and is of excellent quality. It required removing the park finish from the interior of the bolt but it was a quick job with a dremel and the fit is now perfect.

JP Enterprises SCS Law Tactical BC Extension
This thing is amazing! A super tight fit, so only 4 stars for the complicated installation, but once you get it in its perfect. I'd recommend using a lot of lube and a soft rubber mallet. Also, prior to installation, I recommend cycling the SCS shaft through the extension a few times to smooth out any burrs or edges. Completed the full install in under 30mins and cycled about 450 rounds flawlessly on my new DD MK18. Awesome Awesome product!!

Would Recommend
This adapter works very well once installed. However, I have to ding it one star for the installation. In order for it to be installed into my BGC, I have to take off two of the three o-rings and trim down the third just so it could get in and out. With the three intact o-rings, it was miserable to put in and out. Now it works fine. I also had to sand down the washer on the SCS so that it would fit through the adapter. All in all, the modifications took less than 20 minutes, so it wasn’t the end of the world. I would definitely buy it again even if I had to do over the mods.

Does the job so you can have the best of both worlds.
Pricy by the time you get everything together, but it is well made and a must have. Very tight fit so use some grease when installing it.
