RWS Musket Caps

The RWS™ Musket Caps are designed to be used with any firearm or muzzleloader that uses a musket cap ignition. The RWS 1081 musket caps are very hot, and give you consistent shot groupings. They are packed in traditional 200 count tins.

Paired with the Northwest Conversion Kit it makes your inline CVA compatible with states that have muzzleloader hunting restrictions.

**Do not exceed the loads displayed on the loading guide. Never mix any two powders regardless of type, brand, or source. Never substitute any smokeless powder for Black Powder or any Black Powder substitute.**

There are a few brands of musket (and/or percussion) caps out there but none are as reliable as RWS. The RWS caps never fail and they are hotter than the other brands, which ensures ignition of loose powder such as Pyrodex RS and Triple 7 FF. Many western states have adopted new rules that no longer allow the use of 209 primers and that has effectively eliminated Blackhorn powder along with any brand of pelletized powders. The RWS caps are a challenge to find in stock but Anarchy Outdoors has a good supply and hasn't raised prices to gouge the hunter!
