Description
The KRG Arca rail gives you Arca-Swiss rail functionality for your KRG Whiskey-3, X-ray, or Bravo chassis. It's low profile and light weight and mounts to the bottom of the forend without being obtrusive. There are limitless possibilities for mounting and positioning accessories to your chassis with this rail. Attach your bipod or our Barrier Multi-tool to our Arca Clamp or another brand's clamp and quickly position your item anywhere along the rail, for example. You can easily remove or re-position for the next stage or even during a stage.
Fits: KRG Whiskey-3, X-ray, and Bravo chassis. Hole spacing allows mounting to 180-Alpha and 180-Xray chassis but lateral stability is not sufficient. Tinkerers can probably make it work fine.
Restrictions: Use as many fasteners as possible to mount the rail to maintain rigidity.
Weight: 3oz
Material: 7075 Aluminum

Arca Rail
Like someone else said - the instructions are a little confusing. Just take the six screws out and pull the fore end off, install the rail, and then put the fore end and six screws back on - no need to remove the aluminum backbone. The sling swivel stud that comes with the Bravo chassis has a long enough threaded end to go back through everything - put it back on before re-attaching the fore end. Great rail.

Should have went with a Area419
Like most KRG install instructions, it was much harder to follow than it should be. KRG needs put some effort into their instructions. I wish I went with an Area419 Arca. All my Arca attachments had to be adjust to fit the KRG rail. I probably at some point will replace this one. It works but is bit different spec than my other Arcas.

Good arca option for bravo
Not a quick bolt on, need to remove aluminum backbone from chassis to install. Not a big deal but just be aware thinking you can mount this at the range. Depending on your preference…there’s no stop at the front so clamp can slide out from front.
