This extended mag release works with the factory bottom metal. However, We recommend using our corresponding bottom metal because of its built-in barricade stop that prevents the extended mag release from being bumped.

It installed easy, and function well with no tweaking. It offers an easy and fast way to release Larg magazines in competition.

Really love the size of this. Works lots better than the stock release. However, modification will need to be performed on the mag slot to allow clearance of the finger board on the release if using on the synthetic stock. easily done if careful and using a good Dremel tool.
In any case overall, this release is hands down a much better improvement over the standard release that comes w/ the CZ synthetic stock.

I was not sure if this was metal or plastic when I ordered it, but found out it is plastic. It seems very durable and is easy to release the mags. I put it in a 457 LRP. It was a tight fit but went through the stock.

I bout a mag release extension from another company that looks like the original that comes in the gun & it was barely longer than the original & made no signs difference in operation & then I found this one & it is longer & has a wider paddle for releasing the magazine making quick mag changes super easy especially in NRL22 Competitive events. It should come standard on every CZ but hey since it doesn't get it here & don't waist your time trying others that won't work as advertised. Easy to install just watched a YouTube video & in 2 minutes it was installed & working better than the crappy little original that came on my gun. Fast shipping & great service. A must have for cz457's and every CZ that comes with a tine mag release lever. Thanks!
