Note: These are only compatible with the 10 round magazines. They will not work properly on the 5 round magazines. Similarly these extensions are not compatible with the 17 HMR or the 22 WMR.

I was able to use this recently at a PRS rim fire match and the mag worked flawlessly with the extension.

Did not need spare rounds for my type of competition. What the extension does for me is make it easier to load 10 rds of greasy match ammo because spring tension is reduced. Still feed just as fast as I can work the bolt. Be very careful of little plunger and spring that holds mag bottom on. I put extension on without plunger and spring at first and loaded the mag to make sure it worked. Three of mine did and one did not. Inside of mag was just a little smaller then extension making a slight lip that caught spring. Few quick passes with a file made mag inside equal to inside of extension and problem solved. Extensions make it easier to insert into rifle because there is more to hold on to. Also they look kind of neat, too.

A great product to help you gain that competitive edge and less mag changes during NRL22 or PRS 22 stages. Make sure you get the spring to drop into the extension so all three rounds will fit.

I have 3 of these so far on my 10 round mags and all have worked flawlessly! I have run these at several 22 PRS club matches and have not had a single failure to feed from the 3. Just a great product!
