Precision Rifle Grip: Alpha

The Alpha grip combines everything you love about the classic Penguin grip and Tuxedo grip with improved trigger finger spacing. Still founded on the input from a former 3rd Ranger Battalion soldier and law enforcement agents, we have taken the precision grip to a new level. This vertical grip provides a quick, repeatable, and ergonomic action on the firearm. It gives precision rifle competitors the edge to outperform the rest of the pack.

Unlike the Penguin grip, this grip has a thumb shelf with a bit more length to help you get a straight pull on your trigger with every shot. The days of pulling shots one way or the other will be a thing of the past. If you don't want to use the thumb shelf, it has a smaller thumb shelf on the other side for a more traditional-style grip. Additionally, we have upgraded the rifle grip with stippling, providing a non-slip grip and an anti-fatiguing palm shelf. The Alpha Grip is lightweight and compatible with any AR-Style rifle. It is the perfect add-on for your precision bolt action rifle.

I like the vertical grip angle and how the grip positions your trigger finger perfectly for precise control.

The only thing that would improve the grip would be a overmoulded rubber texture as on some of the Magpul grips, and a plug for the opening on the bottom that you can snap on after installation to keep dirt and debris out.

Overall, no regrets and highly recommended.

I almost returned this after I put it on my RPR. It is a very different feeling than what I am used to, but after doing some dry fire runs and handling it more, I love it. The thumb shelf is very comfortable and gives your trigger finger perfect firing position. One thing I think I would change, is to have a rubberized option. Other than that, it's awesome!

Makes it very easy to hold in the same way so you repeat muscle memory very quick you pull the trigger straight back every time

The Alpha grip that I ordered is an excellent product that does the job for me. The grip is very durable, light, well-thought-out, and really a great value for the results that I'm getting. In fact, I liked it so much, that I ordered a second one for my other build.
I really like that the thumb ledge is wide enough and long enough to let me keep my thumb pretty much flat, and not bent so much at the knuckle. The grip as a whole helps me focus on my trigger finger, and to also stop squeezing so much with my three amigos!
Highly recommend, and Anarchy Outdoors customer service is very responsive and helpful, and friendly, too.
