With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources from Utah State University, Cody combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise to drive innovation and growth. A seasoned outdoorsman and expert hunting guide, Cody has a sharp eye and unmatched skill in the field. His passion for the outdoors is reflected in his pursuits, which include fly fishing and hunting a wide range of species such as mule deer, whitetail deer, axis deer, antelope, elk, bears, wolves, turkeys, ducks, pheasants, and more. Known for his precision marksmanship and resourcefulness, Cody brings creativity, dedication, and expertise to every aspect of his work and hobbies.

Mike brings over 25 years of expertise in sales and marketing, holding degrees in Marketing, Advertising Design, and Graphic Design from Utah State University. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mike enjoys quality time with his family and maintaining an active lifestyle in his home gym. He is also passionate about outdoor activities such as golf, pickleball, hiking, and relaxing by the fire. A dedicated barbecue enthusiast, Mike excels in crafting smoked dishes—whether preparing a brisket for friends and family or competing in barbecue competitions on the weekends.

Katherine grew up in the beautiful Rocky Mountains where she enjoys family hikes up to waterfalls, camping to get away from the chaos of daily life, river rafting at family reunions, floating down the local rivers on a tube, going to the lake to enjoy the beach and play in the water, and loves going to amusement parks. She's not afraid to jump into a challenging project and get her hands dirty whether it's renovations around the house or improving the landscaping. She has five wonderful kids who keep her "young" and three step kids with her husband.
